"Binghamton University is in a state of change: a new freshman class, several construction/renovation projects across campus, as well as new faculty members within the administration. This semester, Seshu Desu, dean of Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science, and Lloyd Howe, interim vice president for Student Affairs, have taken on new roles at BU.
